Provide project estimates and high-level project plans for client engagements; Ensures that the project & program team is successfully executing the approved project plan;Has approval authority for all project-related and Program-related time & expense charges;Follows business processes;Strategically advise customers on deploying technology to enhance business transformation, cross-selling opportunities, and enhancements;Identify future projects and opportunities and build roadmaps to assist clients in achieving their long-term goals;Guide Program team on company implementation methodology and provide guidance to all project resources;Ensures that all deliverables are of professional and acceptable quality. Excellent change management skills;Strong team leader;Ability to influence and collaborate;Strong communication skills. Minimum ten (10) years professional experience, including 5 – 7+ years of experience implementing ERP's (Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle);Five (5) + years' experience in ERP project management / program management;Experience in Managing large projects & associated budgets;Experience leading and managing a Program Team;Proven experience managing multiple project assignments simultaneously;Deep functional knowledge of core business processes such as Projects, Financials, Distribution;Microsoft Partner or any ERP Partner experience as a dedicated PM;Construction or Energy or Manufacturing Industry experience;Worked for 2 or fewer companies in the past 5 years. Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, or other equivalent experience;PMP Certifications are desirable.
