What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and manage complex quality programs and projects across the global quality team
Develop project scope, structure, plan, and timeline in collaboration with stakeholders
Monitor project progress, identify and report risks, and implement countermeasures
Manage internal and external vendor relationships
Provide regular project updates to management and governing boards

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in business, sciences, quality management, or related field
Minimum of 12 years of Quality Management System experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience leading teams and managing projects
Experience driving transformation at a global level
Excellent understanding of global regulations and standards
Strong project management, computer, and communication skills
