Hoyle Tanner is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team of transportation engineering professionals in one of our New England offices (Manchester, NH, Portsmouth, NH, Burlington, VT, Yarmouth, ME, or Chelmsford, MA).
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing transportation engineering projects from inception to completion.
You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Senior Project Manager you will:
Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from inception to completionDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgetsMonitor and manage resources to complete projects in accordance with the contract, scope of services, budget, and schedule.
Efficiently and effectively use Deltek and other management tools.Lead and assemble a qualified project team to successfully complete complex projects or challenging client deliverables on time and within budgetProvide superior client service by responding to needs and understanding concernsProvide technical expertise and guidance to team membersEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelinesAchieve excellent financial performance for Hoyle TannerMaintain and foster team engagement and satisfaction in completing project tasks and collaborating with subconsultants and other disciplinesResolve team personnel conflicts in conjunction with supervisorsLead efforts in pursuit of potential projects and the development of technical and price proposalsPromptly invoice for services rendered and advocate for outstanding accounts receivableMonitor product quality and ensure a quality management plan is developed with roles defined accordinglyKeep Principal-In-Charge informed of potential claims or contract risks as they arise and collaborate on resolution strategies as neededProvide coaching, mentoring and feedback to other project managers
