Description:
The Project Manager manages the delivery of our SaaS solutions to the customers. The Project Manager will report to the SVP Client Management. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects, including customer activities that impact the overall timeline. The Project Manager will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and that resources are allocated accordingly. Familiarity with a variety of software lifecycle development concepts, practices, and procedures and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in parallel is required. The Project Manager will lead and coordinate the work of others in a matrix organization structure. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. He or she will enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Required Education and Experience:
Proven working experience in software delivery
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Expertise with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Nice to have Experience:
SaaS solution delivery experience
Ability to roll up into an effective project reporting structure
French speaking is a plus

Skills:
Software as a Service (SaaS) Solution Delivery Experience
PMP or PRINCE II Certifications
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Implementation, Agile, Project management, Pmp, Scrum, Sdlc

Solution Delivery
Lead and be a main contributor to the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members, including all required details to allow the effective monitoring and tracking of progress
Manage risk and handle escalated issues
Prepare the project budget and get budget validation from upper management
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure that the Client business requirements are documented, clearly understood across all parties, and addressed within the required timeline
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Monitor progress against baselined plans
Propose a remediation plan in case budget or planning is not met
Communication with clients and third parties:
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Ensure that the Client business requirements are addressed
Monitor Client business involvement
Ensure open communication channels between the customers and client.
Interaction with other teams:
Engage with participants to understand any major areas of interest or concern
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Participate in sprint planning and daily meetings
Organize business acceptance testing as required
Align release schedule with Product Owner
Perform other related duties as assigned
