Location: New Prague, MN
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 + Hybrid Remote (3 Days on-site/2 Days from Home) + Relocation Assistance

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. This position is the key leader in the management of innovative projects in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the progress of multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders Identify risk areas and develop strategies for mitigating them Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of projects Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures Ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, B321, OSHA and JD Edwards Provide leadership and guidance to project teams Develop and manage budgets for projects Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and monitor projects Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office, Project Management software, and JD Edwards PMP or PMI certification is a plus Benefits Salary - $110K - $130K Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus - 10% Relocation Hybrid - 3 Days on-site, 2 Days from home Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
