What this job involves: As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in this pursuit by leading projects and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

What your day-to-day will look like: Delivering exceptional project management servicesManaging and overseeing all aspects of projects, including lease requirements, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionCollaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project successEnsuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsProviding leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excelBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectivesChampioning JLL's values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belongingServing as a mentor to junior project managers, fostering their growth through leadership, coaching, and collaborative problem-solvingDeveloping and nurturing strategic relationships with our internal teams, providing project expertise and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycleRequired qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.
)PMP certification or equivalent project management certificationMinimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industryProven track record of successfully managing complex projects and multiple projects, run in parallel, from inception to completionStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsExcellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentPreferred qualifications: Master's degree in a related fieldExperience leading projects in multiple sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and healthcareDemonstrated experience in change management and driving innovationKnowledge of construction processes and building codesProficiency in project management software and toolsJoin our team at JLL and be part of a company that takes pride in its collaborative culture, innovative mindset, and commitment to your career growth and wellbeing.

Estimated total compensation for this position: 150,000.00 – 175,000.00 USD per year
