We're currently seeking a Senior Project Manager
Candidate will work full-time in our creative office located in South Plainfield, NJ.
10+ Years previous related experience Position Summary:
Skilled Project Lead capable of handling the most complex projects.
Responsible for coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
Prepares strategic plans for project success.
Actively manages project schedules, budget, quality standards, project communications/documentation, and team assignments.
Provides oversight and monitoring of work of less experienced project managers.
Strong collaborator with other stakeholders to provide informed decision-making throughout the greater organization.
Opportunities to stretch skills may be provided by working on special professional assignments.

Project Management 65% Project Lead responsible for meeting project deadlines, budget and quality standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to read and understand construction codes.
Ability to identify, collect and interpret relevant information needed for the project.
Collaborate with other project stakeholders.
Adhere to project workflow criteria Follow established standards and procedures Ability to exercise independent judgment People Management 15% Provide mentorship for Project Managers and Associates.
Assist in staff hiring, disciplinary decisions and conduct performance evaluations as needed Manage up to 5 direct reports Collaboration 20% Assist with new technology project discovery and design phases Assist in creation and governance of standards and procedures Lead, engage and interact with all team members by sharing experiences, issues, resolutions, and best practices.
Provide opportunities for continuous improvement by asking questions, identifying roadblocks and providing suggestions to managers.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications: Required Education Associates Degree or equivalent vocational/technical certification Preferred Education Bachelor/Master of Architecture or CIDA accredited Bachelor/Master degree Required Software AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite Additional Preferred (but not required) Software Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite Architectural and construction knowledge required Project and People Management experience required Ability to influence/collaborate with others including internal resources, consultants and remote teams.
