Senior Project Manager

We are searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team of a well-known company in Wixom, MI.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee large-scale construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
You will lead project teams, manage budgets, and ensure efficient coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on all projects.
Lead, mentor, and coach project teams to meet goals and deliver successful project outcomes.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and aligns with contract specifications.
Manage project schedules, including coordination of subcontractors and supply chain processes.
Control costs, monitor budgets, and provide regular financial updates.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide clear communication to internal teams and external clients, reporting on project status and progress.
What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of construction project management experience.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Travel and extended hours may be required, including weekends.
