Responsibilities
• Represent Christman at the project site• Review construction documents for constructability• Establish project site expectations for safety and quality• Coordinate site logistics and develop work plan• Oversee technical interpretation of construction documents• Maintain rolling punch list and verify trade contractor timesheets• Complete daily reports and inspections• Promote a safe culture and resolve conflicts• Build strong relationships with project team and subcontractors• Communicate solutions and manage time effectively
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field• Minimum ten (10) years of commercial construction experience• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling and cost control• Ability to lead, supervise, and manage large groups• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office• Ability to manage time and prioritize responsibilities• Strong relationships with owners, architects, and contractors
