Wharton-Smith, Inc is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent with Commercial background for the East Osceola County area. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the direction and daily supervision of all job site field personnel on assigned projects. Responsibilities also include maintaining safety, owner satisfaction, cost, schedule, and quality control.
Responsibilities: Project safety managementManpower and equipment resource requirement schedulingCoordination of permit and regulatory inspectionsProject set-up and temporary facilitiesField documents controlDaily reportsProgress photographsMaterial handling (receiving & inventory, storage, spare parts)LayoutSubcontract coordinationJobsite hiring, when requiredIn-place quantity reportingAs-Built DrawingsParticipate in post-construction reviewField purchasesClient and RPR relationsTime sheetsSmall tool managementKnowledge of contract documentsJobsite securityQualifications: 15 years' experience preferred supervising K-12 or High Education work experience.Appropriate supervisory experience.Fifteen (15) years Commercial construction-related experience.Computer proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.Knowledge of Project Management Software (PMIS).Valid Driver License and ability to commute to job sites.
