Senior Proposal Engineer

Job Description: 1. Fully understand JEE's solution, and customer's requirements. 2. To be the technical contact person between customers and JEE team during the quotation phase. 3. To lead the proposal team to prepare detailed technical proposal and document ( Line layout, cycle time, transfer system, operator quantity ). 4. To review and create process based on customer's requirement. 5. To create and optimize the cost break down to win the project. 6. To support the project process team and smoothly hand over the process work after we get the project. Requirements: 1. More than 5 years of BIW or Powertrain assembly-related processes, planning design experience. 2. Knowledge of Body welding, battery assembly or e-motor assembly process, products, Equipment, customer standards, new trend. 3. Skilled in Presenting proposal to customer with English. 4. Led more than 2 projects proposal of $10M. 5. Skilled in Cost break down. 6. Familiar with the machinery manufacturing industry standard design method, knowledge of the machining process and related costs.
