As a Senior QA Tester at Founders Workshop, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative software products. This position requires a meticulous and analytical approach to testing, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. You will work closely with development teams to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects, ensuring that all aspects of our software meet rigorous quality standards.
Conduct Comprehensive Testing: Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure software functionality meets specifications.Quality Assurance Best Practices: Apply industry-leading testing methodologies to ensure the integrity and quality of all software products.Collaborative Testing Efforts: Work closely with development teams to identify bugs and issues, ensuring they are addressed prior to release.Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing process refinement and improvement to enhance software quality and tester efficiency.Ensure Product Excellence: Maintain rigorous quality control through systematic tests and quality assurance practices to uphold our commitment to deliver superior software consistently. 3-5 years of experience in quality control testing with web, mobile, and API applications.1-2 years of experience in writing requirements and acceptance criteria.Knowledge of functional testing and integration testing.Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, and AIO).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
