**Objectives:**
Responsible for leading the site internal audit program.
Overall site lead for external audits and health authority inspections.
Participates in site compliance initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Prepares and maintains the annual site internal audit plan.
+ Conducts internal audits according to the approved plan.
+ Issues audit agendas and reports per standard procedures.
+ Provides support to other auditors participating in internal audits.
+ Leads site inspection readiness activities.
+ Forward facing during external audits and inspections.
+ Tracks audit CAPAs, reviews, and closes CAPAs.
+ Maintains required paper documentation and CATSWeb records.
+ Assists in various compliance initiatives.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
+ Experience in word processing/data programs.
+ Ability to communicate and work well with others, good oral and written skills.
+ Critical thinking and problem solving
+ Ability to perform under pressure and work without supervision.
+ Ability to trouble-shoot analytical tests and develop protocols.
+ Must be able to read, write, and speak English and possess basic math skills.
+ 4 year college degree in a scientific discipline or a combination of education and experience.
