Senior React Native Engineer

This role requires you to be onsite three days a week at either our Irving, TX, Blue Bell, PA or Boca Raton, FL locations.
The other two days are remote, offering the flexibility you need while still engaging in meaningful collaboration with cross-functional teams.


What You'll Do:

Join a growing team of React Native developers to create and maintain client-side applications with server-side interactions via Push/REST/GraphQL.
Our applications provide essential functionalities to ADT customers and internal employees such as remotely arm/disarm and control home automation devices, paying bills, ordering equipment, hardware interaction via Bluetooth, device pairing, and more.
Work closely with Cloud/DevOps/Design/QA teams to develop/test/release web applications.
Lead and or participate in code reviews and release preparations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine business requirements, as well as design, develop, and test application code to ensure that business requirements are met. Update project dependencies as needed.
Research and communicate recommendations to improve code quality product architecture.
Develop, maintain, and support the applications.
Program, test, and implement mapped graphic images, forms, mobile applications.
Responsible for evaluating, developing, and maintaining mobile applications.
Assist in program design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation.
Create features that communicate with services via PUSH/REST/GraphQL.
Develop responsive UI components and content modules.
Write scalable, testable, and maintainable code.
Configure/modify build tools as needed.
Maintain healthy collaboration with adjacent team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.
What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5-8 years of React Native development experience.
Research, evaluate, and recommend new Internet tools and applications based on product requirements. As appropriate, may liaise with outside vendors to coordinate code development and acceptance.
Coordinate, execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications. Strong communication skills required (English).
Agreeable and with drive toward conflict resolution with peers.
Creative problem solver.
Leverage strong front-end technology skills to develop and maintain mobile applications.
Assist in program design, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation.
Strong Native iOS and Android experience.
Required Technical Skills: Java Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for hardware interaction React Native Redux, Axios, React Navigation, ESLint Geolocation and Geofencing REST/PUSH/GraphQL APIs Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+) and ES6 Modules JS Build tools (Grunt/Gulp/Webpack) and Transpilers (Babel) CSS and CSS Preprocessors (LESS, SASS) Package Managers like NPM/Bower Unit testing frameworks (JEST, Jasmine, Mocha, Jester) Experience with any back-end frameworks (NodeJS...) Additional Technical Skills: GraphQL/oAuth 2.0 APIs Comfortable working on the command line (Mac/Linux) Experience working with server-side languages Experience with Bamboo, Bitbucket Pipelines or other CI tools Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools Experience with Docker (Local development) Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $93,600.00 - $140,400.00and is based on experience and qualifications.


Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity.
These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.

Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year.
Your accrual rate increases after your first year.
