Our client, a Financial Services firm in Midtown, Manhattan is looking to hire a Senior Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
The hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm in their office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities: Answer phonelines, greet and direct visitors Setup and breakdown conference rooms before and after meetings Coordinate travel related arrangements Handle catering needs for meetings and client events Onboard new employees and submit building maintenance tickets for facility services Order and stock office supplies and kitchen items Provide administrative support and ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements: 3-5+ years of administrative experience Strong Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Exceptional written/verbal communication skills Resourceful/ proactive/ team-oriented personality Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
Compensation/Benefits: Paying up to $80k depending on experience + bonus 401K with match 3 weeks PTO, 6 sick days, 2 personal days FSA and HAS UnitedHealthcare medical, dental and vision plans Adoption assistance Educational assistance opportunities, wellness discounts Commuter benefits, pet insurance
