This is a hybrid role based in our LA or SFBA offices and will require you to be in office Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Professional who is able to flex between Technical and non-technical roles, mid-level and above, who is passionate about identifying and engaging the best possible talent. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this high-visibility role will lead full-cycle recruitment processes for our Leadership teams at Grindr, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders across the firm. What's the job? Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for roles ranging from mid-level to executive, across Technical and non-technical teams. This includes sourcing, managing candidate pipelines, and interview preparation for both candidates and hiring teams. Collaborate closely with leaders and hiring managers across the business to develop a deep understanding of their portions of the business, formulate talent profiles and hiring strategies, structure interview processes and serve as a strategic thought partner. Develop and improve upon candidate experience in order to ensure all candidates go through a standardized interview process and ensure Grindr is able to continue to attract top talent. Source candidates through creative channels and proactively manage and build a talent pipeline. Meticulous ownership of assigned requisitions in Greenhouse in order to allow for accurate candidate assessment and data collection. Collect, analyze, and share feedback and actionable insights to continuously enhance our hiring process here at Grindr. You'll have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement and streamline scheduling efficiency. What we'll love about you 6+ years in full-cycle recruiting (mix of external executive recruiting and in-house at a growing, tech-focused organization). Demonstrate a strategic mindset on moderately complex projects and align strategies with company and team goals. Willingness to roll up sleeves, build necessary tools and processes independently, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment. Based in one of Grindr's hubs (SF or LA). We'll really swoon if you have Experience recruiting at a similarly sized public or late-stage company. 2+ years of experience at a top-tiered Executive Recruiting firm.
