Senior Client Consultant Are you an experienced staffing professional, interested in working in a fast past environment working with a leading Executive Search staffing firm. You will get the opportunity to work with exciting million dollar business and be proactive in building relationships. Originating from London we are a staffing company who focuses on the Consumer Goods and Automotive Sectors in the EU and US. We have recently opened our first Austin office located downtown. Launched in 2020 with three people, we are now a business of 45 heads, winning multiple awards. We are looking to replicate the same success we have had in the UK in our new US office. What we are looking for: We are looking for people form a staffing background with an entrepreneurial mind set, who are looking to elevate their staffing career. Must understand the recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, winning new business and have a commercial mindset. The role: Relationship building and strong communication is key as you will spend most of your day speaking to people on the phone, as well as teams' meetings- you, will also go out to meet your clients face to face. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the Consumer Goods or Automotive industry. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and ensure a successful match. Utilise a variety of recruitment methods, including head hunting, business development, job boards, networking events, and referrals, to attract top talent. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients and candidates. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
