Advanced Qualifications:10 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.10 years of experience with legal, regulatory and litigation matters, including addressing, minimizing, and avoiding regulatory risk.Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.Preferred Qualifications:Experience engaging with regulators, including State Attorney Generals (AG), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Department of Justice (DOJ), and global data protection or consumer protection authorities.Experience developing, evaluating, and maintaining programs that ensure products comply with laws, regulations, and external commitments.Experience with managing projects and partnering with cross-functional teams.Experience working with public company boards and their counsel, including special committees and audit committees.Experience with high-risk incident response within internet or technology companies, including expertise in privacy, data security, or consumer protection subject matter.Experience working with technology companies and ability to understand technical issues.About the Job:As Senior Regulatory and Litigation Counsel, Privacy you will join an Americas-based team that leads the strategy for defending the company in responses to governments and regulators. The role involves defining a defense strategy, conducting investigations, collection and review of information, and representing the company in engagements.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $246,000-$350,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
