Tracking requests through all workflow stages and ensuring proper handoffs.Quality Assurance Coordination: Validation of game elements such as paytables, symbols, and game rules. Verification of translations and game help sections to meet compliance standards. Ensuring games meet jurisdictional requirements before release.Testing and Validation Coordination: Coordinating and monitoring backend and frontend test phases, including System, Stage, and Smoke Testing. Ensuring smooth transitions between test environments and resolving any issues. Validating game performance across all platforms (desktop and mobile) before release.Documentation and Communication: Maintaining detailed documentation at every stage of the release. Communicating status updates, risks, and blockers effectively to stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with audit and certification requirements.Compliance and Certification: Ensuring certification requirements are met prior to release. Managing certification requests and hotfixes under strict timelines. Working closely with compliance teams to address certification issues.Post-Release Monitoring: Monitoring game performance post-deployment and addressing critical issues promptly.
