Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience designing and executing in vitro experiments to support the pre-clinical advancement of drug discovery projects. Title will align with prior experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Independently perform in vitro experiments with primary cells and/or cell lines, analyze data, and interpret and communicate results. Perform a variety of immunological and molecular biology techniques to support target discovery and drug development, including flow cytometry, ELISA, western blot, Luminex, CRISPR, and qPCR. Work collaboratively within the Immunology group to develop target validation assays.
Requirements
Experience and education requirements:
BS with 4+ years or MS with 2+ years of industry experience (Prior experience in immunology-based projects strongly preferred). Proficiency in hands-on experience with flow cytometry assays, data acquisition, and analysis. Experience with multicolor panel design and cell sorting is highly desirable. High competency in executing in vitro immunology assays, including cellular-based assays and functional assays with PBMCs and whole blood from human and animal samples. Experience maintaining and working with cell lines and/or primary-derived cells. Competency performing techniques such as ELISA, Luminex, Western blot, RNA extraction, qPCR, and CRISPR. Competency with rodent handling - including dosing via multiple routes, blood collection, and necropsy is a plus. Familiarity with in vivo immunology models (ex. autoimmune disease and syngeneic tumor models) is a plus. Outstanding problem-solving, organization, and communication skills. Required Key Attributes:

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $38.00 to $46.00 depending on relevant skills, experience, and education.
