Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000/year + bonus

Responsibilities as the Senior Residential Estimator: Cost Estimation: Develop comprehensive estimates for residential construction projects, including detailed breakdowns of materials, labor, and equipment.Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between estimates and project goals, maintaining oversight throughout the project lifecycle.Bid Coordination: Prepare bid packages, solicit proposals from subcontractors and vendors, and evaluate responses to ensure project needs are fully addressed.Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks in estimates, presenting findings to senior management for review.Software Utilization: Leverage industry-standard software tools like Bluebeam, Procore, and Buildertrend to streamline estimating processes and maintain accurate records.Qualifications for the Senior Residential Estimator: Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Experience: 15+ years of experience in Construction Estimating, with a focus on high-end residential projects.Technical Skills: Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, Xactimate, and Buildertrend is highly preferred.Skills: Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and team relationships effectively.Application Notice: Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
