We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team.
In this role, you will report directly to the Sr. Director of Revenue and collaborate closely with executive and senior leadership.
As part of a fast-growing RevOps & Finance team, you will play a key role in driving business success through strategic insights and iterative improvements.
The Senior Revenue Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing critical insights that fuel revenue growth, enhance retention, and improve the predictability of key business metrics.
Utilizing advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills, you will uncover actionable intelligence that informs decision-making and supports the achievement of company objectives.
In addition to partnering with FP&A on complex revenue forecasting & modeling, this role assists with operational revenue analysis, pricing and customer analysis.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and able to transform complex data into clear, concise narratives for non-financial stakeholders.
You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, product, and finance teams to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and contribute to the overall success of our revenue strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with FP&A: Assist in efforts on Pro B2B annual budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as preparing Board and Executive reports.
Perform ad hoc revenue analysis and reporting as needed.
Develop and maintain dashboards: Create and update dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics, including recurring revenue, retention, ancillary sales, and more.
Partner with Sales Leadership: Engage with sales leaders to understand their objectives and develop strategic insights that support their goals.
Conduct in-depth revenue analyses: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations through detailed analyses to generate actionable insights that drive performance across the revenue generation process.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams to support business planning, strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency.
Deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
Independently handle analytical requests: Address new analytical requests by understanding key questions, gathering relevant data, building models, validating assumptions, and summarizing results into a clear, compelling narrative.
Support pricing model optimization: Assist in developing and refining pricing models for professional products, ensuring ongoing monitoring and timely feedback to both the Pro Pricing Strategy and Bank Strategy teams.
Compensation plan design: Contribute to the creation and refinement of commission structures and compensation plans for the GTM team.
Customer segmentation and churn analysis: Build models to conduct detailed customer segmentation, predict churn, and detect anomalies in revenue data.
Additional responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
CPA or MBA is a plus 3 - 5 years experience in RevOps, FP&A/Finance, business intelligence & analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for quantitative analysis, including complex financial modeling and sensitivity analysis to forecast business outcomes Healthy curiosity and ability to understand business drivers and leverage data to drive desired business results Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated capacity to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, staying agile through growth and change Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in data visualization.
Must be able to convey complex data and analysis in a simplified, clear and concise manner Solid working knowledge of the Salesforce platform Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis - Familiarity with Snowflake and SSAS cubes a plus Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines Experience using Tableau and PowerBI data visualization tools for analysis and reporting Experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights a plus
