- Full life cycle (concept to EOL) design, and development of the next generation of High Performance RF Generators and Matches used in Semiconductor and Medical Device industries. If you have a demonstrated track record of a designing and bringing power products to market combined with unique skills in leadership, analysis, critical thinking, problem solving and risk management, you could be an excellent match for this role located in the Greater Boston area. The candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a high frequency RF generator or power amplifier design and development role. Key Responsibilities Design, implement and debug high frequency, high efficiency power amplifiers, preferably in the 400kHz to 60MHz frequency range and power levels from 100W to 10KW. Provide clear data driven proposals and results to the management team and customers. Help develop and maintain project plans for product development, release, transfer, and ramp in factories, both domestic and overseas. Manage, direct and coach a team of development engineers.
