Position Snapshot Range Energy is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue for the company and lay the foundation for rapid sales growth. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including identifying new customer leads, communicating the value Range can bring to their operations through various presentations and analyses, and ultimately delivering closed deals for the business. This role requires a high proportion of outside sales, including tradeshows, in-person demos and pilots, and a strong focus on literally and figuratively meeting the customer where they are. Range Energy is in the early stages of its go-to-market journey, and this role is positioned to have an outsized impact on the company's sales strategy, and ultimately its success in the marketplace.
Ideally, the Senior Sales Manager is someone with experience in the freight or heavy-duty transportation equipment or with commercial EVs industry who can communicate the value of Range Energy products and develop customized sales presentations. The successful candidate will manage a sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

\nRange Energy's compensation package includes a competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and a generous benefits package. The salary range for Mountain View, CA based applicants is between $175,000-$225,000 annually. Depending on experience, there may be a commission-based supplement to this base compensation. The total compensation will be determined based on multiple factors including domain knowledge, experience and location.
