Position Overview:
Fintech or Regtech sales is a must
Supporting the existing US sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building relationships with key clients in the financial sector. You will manage your sales pipeline throughout the whole deal cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the US market.
Identify new business opportunities and target clients in the financial services industry.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Handle Inbound Marketing Qualified Leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations.
Develop and execute strategies for client retention and upselling opportunities.
Handle complex negotiations and close large, enterprise-level deals.
Sales Operations and Reporting:
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with the finance team to manage pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, including lead generation and content creation.
Partner with the product team to provide customer feedback and inform product development.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the Regtech, Fintech, or financial services industry.
Experience in achieving revenue targets.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements in the financial sector.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Superior negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
