Bachelor's or preferably master's degree in business or engineering.Fluent in both Japanese and English.Valid work permit for Japan.10+ years of experience in B2B sales roles, with a track record of success in selling software or high-tech solutions.Proven ability to drive complex, consultative sales cycles and negotiate multi-year contracts with enterprise clients.Strong network of contacts within the automotive industry in Japan and APJ, particularly among OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Your Responsibilities Include: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Japanese market, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and market penetration.Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to commercial negotiation and contract closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within OEMs and Tier 1 companies, understanding their needs and positioning COMPREDICT as the solution of choice. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.Actively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback, and advocate for product enhancements or customizations as necessary.Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying additional use cases and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
