Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior

Sales Operations Analyst to act as a key business partner to our VP of Enterprise Sales for the US-West region. Reporting directly to the Sr Manager of Sales Ops for the Americas, you will own forecasting/reporting, streamline sales processes and provide key business insights to internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone looking for a high-impact position, directly influencing revenue.

Location: US – Select candidate to be based out of Austin, Los Angeles, Denver, San Francisco or Seattle

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in the development, documentation, and standardization of sales processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective; identify areas of improvement in sales processes and implement necessary changes to enhance productivity.
Monitor the sales pipeline and provide insights to the sales team on process bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Analyze and interpret data, including key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and customer insights.
Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance and present findings to management.
Collaborate with the sales team to establish performance targets based on data analysis.
Train sales representatives on the effective use of sales tools and ensure they are utilizing the tools to their full potential.
Work with the sales training team to develop and deliver sales training programs, ensuring sales representatives are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Oversee the onboarding process for new sales hires and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and synergy in overall business strategies.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales representatives to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

BS/BA (or above) with demonstrated 3+ years' experience in sales operations, KPI reporting, or more general business reporting and analysis.
Strong understanding of standard forecasting methodology, KPI reporting, and the overall enterprise sales cycle.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interact and build rapport with all levels of sales/data management.
Successful track record supporting and advising regional sales leaders, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
A track record of balancing concurrent projects, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver projects within deadline.
Must be able to work independently to numerous personal and team deadlines, while consistently identifying areas for improvement.
An understanding of formulas, functions, and pivot tables in Excel, alongside the ability to analyze large data sets.
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, for creation of reporting slide decks and original sales documents for distribution.
Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce is essential. Additional skills in SQL, PowerBI and Tableau are desired.
