We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our engineering team in our Boston office.
As a Salesforce Administrator / Developer with us, you will have the opportunity to:Implement and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs, ensuring that systems are scalable and future-proofCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design workflows and processes that enhance efficiency and improve user experiencesManage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other Salesforce setup options to ensure data integrity and access controls are maintained at all timesDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organizationAutomate processes using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Workflow, Flow, and Apex Triggers to minimize manual entry and increase productivityProvide training and support to Salesforce users across the organization, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively use the platformHandle the full lifecycle of software development, from gathering requirements to deployment and continuous improvementEnhance our Salesforce security models, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and permission sets, to ensure data security and user access controlsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator; additional certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II are highly desirableMinimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development within a complex organizational settingStrong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexityProficiency in configuring Salesforce, including but not limited to setup of users, roles, profiles, page layouts, workflow rules, process builder, and validation rulesStrong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting technical details to a non-technical audience.What do we offer?A culture that values product ownership, collaborative architectural planning, and building wins for your resume/portfolioSmart, dynamic people with whom you can share the experience of building something uniqueCompetitive salary with opportunities for growth and advancementGreat benefits (medical, dental, vision, and more); parental leave; subsidized T-PassRetirement plan with 4% company matchFlexible vacation policy$130,000 - $145,000 a year
