About the Role:
As a key player in the Strategy and Operations team at Fetch, the Senior Salesforce Administrator ensures our Salesforce platform and its connected tech stack operate optimally. Reporting to the Salesforce Manager, Strategy and Operations, this role suits someone who thrives on solving complex problems with Salesforce, understands business processes, fosters cross-functional relationships, and is committed to data integrity. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to remain effective in a rapidly changing environment. Candidates should demonstrate the capacity to identify solutions amidst uncertainty and possess a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

While it's a plus to be near one of our office locations, we are open to remote candidates based in the US.
What You'll Do:
Act as the primary administrator for Fetch's Salesforce instance and Salesforce data.
Customize and administer our Salesforce org, focusing on standard and custom configuration (objects, fields, reports, dashboards, automation with flows)
Support cross-functional teams by gathering requirements and building solutions that enhance system efficiency
Provide guidance on basic to intermediate Salesforce functionalities, answering system-related questions from users and assisting in our Support channel
Work independently across cross-functional teams to demonstrate features, help solve problems, and automate processes to reduce manual work
Design custom objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and implement automation via flows.
Partner with leadership to ensure Salesforce aligns with business goals and reporting requirements.
Assist in translating team requirements into Salesforce configurations and user stories.
Ensure smooth integration between Salesforce and other platforms, with support from senior team members as needed.
Build internal relationships to proactively address issues and improve user experience
Provide top-notch service when addressing user questions
Manage cross-functional projects from start to finish
Identify and execute on opportunities to enhance efficiency in Salesforceor our other third-party tools
Alongside the team, manage third-party integrations with revenue operations tools (Groove, ZoomInfo, Snowflake, Winmo, Gong, Hubspot, Ironclad, Outreach, etc.)
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years as a Salesforce Administrator
Experience working on projects from requirements gathering to UAT.
Proficient in developing custom Salesforce elements (objects, fields, reports, etc.) and automation (must be comfortable working in flows).
Required:Salesforce.com Administrator certification. Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.
Experience in gathering business requirements and change management
The ability to manage multiple small to medium sized projects at once without sacrificing attention to detail and quality of work
Strong problem solving, judgment, and organizational skills
The ability to understand and master complex concepts quickly and independently
Excellent data management skills, with a keen understanding of Salesforce data relationships
Experience working in Jira is a plus
Compensation:
