Senior Salesforce Analyst

Position Summary The Senior Salesforce Analyst will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining Salesforce processes for the Major Rugby organization.
They will also be responsible for managing and updating critical master data elements to drive business insights and success.
Provide support by documenting and training the sales organization on new Salesforce processes Gather requirements and prioritize enhancements to Salesforce application Lead testing efforts on newly deployed functionality Collaborate with the development team to discuss work in progress and communicate roadblocks to leadership Assist in the documentation of user requirements and backlog management for sprint meetings Maintain accurate Customer Master Data in source systems by managing customer and affiliation files Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred 2-4 years of experience preferred Salesforce experience required SQL experience preferred
