We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant with 10 years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce products, combined with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:Support the full SDLC of Salesforce implementations, including Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Data Migration, and Training.Leverage your business acumen to discuss and understand the client's issues, gather data on their business processes, and translate those needs into a comprehensive software solution design.Configure and customize Salesforce.com applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.Implement Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud to meet industry-specific client requirements.Collaborate with clients to provide feedback on development progress, ensuring alignment with their goals and expectations.Work as part of a team to support on-time, high-quality software project deliveries.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, data models, and process flows.Manage client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction with Salesforce solutions.Perform data migration, integration, and synchronization between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.Lead user training sessions and create training materials to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to continuously improve service offerings.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting.Strong expertise in Salesforce products, including Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.Extensive experience with configuring and customizing Salesforce (SFDC).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations across various industries.Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce DX.Background in business analysis or consulting with a focus on technology solutions.Interested in the role?Amplytics values diverse experiences and the drive to learn over a perfect skill match.
