Summary:
As a Solution Architect II, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the ADT Salesforce, GCP, Oracle, and monitoring platforms.
You will work closely with product managers, business analysts, other architects, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of new features and enhancements.
Your expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration will be critical in driving end to end solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers to gather and analyze business requirements. Design scalable and high-performance solutions that meet business needs. Work across systems and functional areas to design cross platform solutions. Lead the technical design and support the implementation of projects. Provide guidance and best practices to development teams on Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. Architect solutions that adhere to best practices and security standards. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and integrations. Stay current with releases, features, and best practices. Review and sign off on Architect I solutions. Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership. Own and promote architectural standards, principles, and processes through the ARB process. Own and drive technology roadmaps and innovation areas within ADT. Develop strategic technical roadmaps for various areas of the business.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect. Marketing Cloud Architect/SME. Specialization and deep understanding of multiple Salesforce modules such as CPQ, Billing, RLM, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, etc. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions on multiple platforms. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model. Additional experience on GCP, Oracle, or AWS a plus Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with other CRM platforms and technologies is desirable.
Ideally this position will be based out of ADT's Corporate HQ in Boca Raton, FL and will follow a hybrid model (employees must be in the office a minimum of three days per week).
Alternative locations include Irving, TX, San Francisco, CA and Blue Bell, PA.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $132,559 -$222,000 and is based on experience and qualifications.
Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity.
These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.
