We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be overseeing the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce ecosystem, including user setup, profiles, roles, and teams. The Solutions Specialist is also responsible for working with end users as needed and acts as a liaison with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance systems capabilities. Evaluating information systems to assess their suitability for the company's needs. You will manage users support and systems security, create process documentation and train end user. Seek ways to improve the organization's processes, design systems to implement those changes and train and motivate others to use the systems. Salary range: $85,000 - $120,000
