1.0 Description of Assignment
The SAP Controlling and Project Systems CO/PS Consultant will play a lead role in the designing and configuration of Finance CO/PS business processes within S/4HANA and work in conjunction with the Project Team and business stakeholders.
Therefore, strong facilitation, interpersonal and customer skills are needed to interact with client management groups as well as the ability to apply analysis and definition for business, system and data processes.
The Resource will be required to work remotely due to the COVID 19 restrictions.
2.0 Skills and Certifications
Minimum 5 years hands-on SAP CO or PS experience, S/4HANA experience preferred
At least five end to end SAP finance implementations
Extensive experience implementing SAP CO/PS in a public sector environment
Expert knowledge (configuration) of SAP CO/PS, with a focus on CO/PS and sub-modules including; Cost Center Accounting, Internal orders, Overhead Costing, and Product Costing etc.
Experience in presenting to various stakeholders
Extensive experience conducting workshops and developing functional specifications
Extensive experience in developing test scripts, scenarios and test cases working with business for SAP and integrated non-SAP systems
Extensive experience executing cutover plans and dry-run (mock) tests
Experience configuring SAP CO or PS module
Working experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance including Fiori Application
Certification:
SAP Controlling Module or Project Systems Certification
Post-secondary education in a related discipline
Other Skills:
Excellent conceptualization and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal is critical for this role
Working knowledge of PS module
3.0 Assignment Duties
The SAP CO/PS Consultant will play a key role in supporting the design and configuration of Finance CO/PS business processes within S4/HANA
The CO/PS Consultant will be responsible for the following:
Design, develop and configure the SAP CO/PS solution based on SAP best practices aligned with TTC business rules including solution documentation, master and transactional data, forms, reports, interfaces, workflow and security roles
Data Migration and conversion, transformation and load and validation activities for all data required for the project implementation
Lead and support all testing phases for test scenarios, test cases, execution with the business and defect triage and resolution and documentation
Lead and support all cutover plan development and execution in QA and dry-run environments including production
Develop and support training material required for all roles
Provide input and support in project planning, change management, communications, testing, training, go-live and post go-live support activities
Provide solution documentation and knowledge transfer to TTC staff
Transit agency experience is an asset

Provide solution documentation and knowledge transfer to TTC staff
