Senior Sap Finance Control Consultant

SAP FICO COPA Lead, End User, Cleveland, USA.
My client a well known manufacturing organisation are looking for a SAP FICO COPA Lead to join their team, ideally they are looking for candidates to have a strong background with SAP FICO COPA as well as a strong background with US GAAP Accounting principles, SAP COPC, SAP FSCM.
Excellent relocation package available as well a GC Sponsorship (after 12 months).
Candidates should have the following experience:
5+ years of IT experience in a corporate environment supporting SAP FI CO systems and projects.Expert knowledge of SAP FICO, COPA, & Treasury.Extensive functional understanding of accounting best practices, and an ability to implement them in software solutions.Strong understanding of accounting and financial postings.Strong cross functional understanding of SAP modules.Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.Strong teamwork approach to problem solving with the ability to make sound, independent decisions based on functional expertise and experience.Ability to provide leadership, support, communication and direction.Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot and problem solve beyond routine issues. Preferred Education And Experience Master's degree in Accounting and Finance.Current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.S/4 HANA implementation & New General Ledger experience.PMP certification.Experience as a People Manager.
