ABOUT THIS POSITION Location - Hybrid (2-3 days in office) in Mountainview, CA We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Program Manager to lead complex SAP implementations and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP technologies in manufacturing or power & utilities sectors, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies aligned with business objectives.Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, business users, and IT teams.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.Change Management: Drive organizational change and adoption of new SAP solutions.Financial Management: Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.Problem-Solving: Analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.What does the ideal candidate bring to Fluence? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.8-10 years of experience in SAP program management, including large-scale implementations.Proven experience in managing complex SAP projects, such as S/4HANA migrations, ERP implementations, or system upgrades.Deep understanding of SAP modules, including ECC, S/4HANA, FICO, SCM and RAR.Strong project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Certification in SAP or project management (e.g., PMP, SAP Certified Professional) is preferred.Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 a year
