Job SummarySeeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager experienced in managing complex Merger and Acquisition Integration projects.Following an acquisition by their end client, there is a need for a Senior Project Manager - M&A IT Integration to manage the SAP and Associated Systems project.Seeking applications from Senior Project Managers with 15+ years of SAP PM experience (in FICO and Logistics areas) to lead and manage this complex and challenging M&A IT Integration project, with a focus on SAP and Associated Systems, within the pharmaceutical industry.In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple integration initiatives in an often-ambiguous environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the project is aligned with broader business objectives, driving impactful outputs, and delivering value across the organization.This role demands a deep technical understanding of M&A IT integration, exceptional leadership, and the ability to navigate and manage multifaceted, cross-functional initiatives. Previous experience in the Life Sciences industry and fluency in English are highly mandatory.What We Are Looking For:15+ years SAP PM experience - In FICO and Logistics areasExperienced with M&A IT Integration projects within Life SciencesExperienced with GMP, Project Management, and Validation DeliverablesDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects that involve cross-functional teams and significant technical dependenciesProven track record of delivering complex projects within the pharmaceutical industryDeep understanding of IT integration components with the ability to make informed strategic decisions about technology integrationsProficiency in a broad range of project management toolsExceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teamsStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities, work effectively under pressure, and adapt to evolving project requirementsFluency in EnglishCertification in Project Management, preferably PMP from PMICertification in SAP in FICO and Logistics or relevant experienceEducational background in business, IT, or related fields
