The Role We are looking for a Senior Scientist to join our team.
This individual will be a major contributor to the LNP Platform team.
The successful candidate will bring his/her experience in protein biochemistry, bioconjugations/biochemistry/chemistry and molecular assays.
Experience with LNP formulations and in vivo study execution is a plus but not expected.
Key Responsibilities
? As part of the LNP platform team, you will implement capabilities support the functions needed to successfully perform targeting studies, including the development of various molecular/biochemistry assays ranging from ELISAs/BLI to LNP encapsulation/DLS
? Design and test bioconjugation strategies for a variety of molecules to delivery vehicles
? Contribute to LNP formulations and in vivo studies in relevant models
? Collaborate cross functionally across various teams upstream and downstream of function
? Evaluate, interpret, and compile relevant data to present to internal interdisciplinary teams
? Document results and records in electronic lab notebooks and ensure adequate laboratory practices are in compliance with regulatory standards for research readiness Qualifications
? MS (5+ years experience), or PhD (2+ years experience) in a life sciences/biochemistry/biological sciences discipline
? Technical understanding of and experience with biochemical assays, including but not limited to ELISAs/BLI, PCR, etc.

? Experience working with formulation of LNPs, liposomes, polymer-based nanoparticles, or similar, and in vivo models is desirable
? Familiarity with common analytical methods used to characterize LNPs (e.g.
size, polydispersity, zeta potential, encapsulation efficiency, cargo integrity, stability, etc) is strongly encouraged
? A team player able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
? Excellent communication skills; capable of effectively conveying technical information to various stakeholders
