We are seeking an experienced Senior Search Engineer specializing in search solutions, data management and integration platforms to join our product technology team.
This role will require a deep understanding of enterprise architecture practices and a strong background in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance data driven solutions.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in technical solution architecture, with a focus on data management and integration platforms.
5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture practices and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
5+ experience with search and data integration tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica, Elastic, Boomi, Talend, MuleSoft, Apache Kafka).
5+ years of experience with data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS and Azure).

What will you be doing in this role?
Enterprise Architecture Design Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint for search solutions, data management and integration services.
Ensure alignment of data and search solutions with overall business and technology strategies.
Create and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Solution Development Design and architect robust, scalable data integration solutions using modern platforms and technologies.
Lead the design and implementation of data management systems, including data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL/ELT processes.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure optimal data architecture.
Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance solution delivery.
Ensure technical solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with industry standards.
Project Management Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee the technical aspects of project execution, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with data integration and management projects.
Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Present technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and external vendors.
Continuous Improvement Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data management, integration platforms, and enterprise architecture.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
