Senior Service Architect (IT Infrastructure)About the role The Senior Service Architect (IT Infrastructure) is a core member of the Services Pursuit team. They have a general knowledge of a particular area of Services (Workplace, Datacenter, Networking & Unified Communications or Cross-functional), such as delivery methodology, cost drivers, supporting/enabling technologies, etc. They are responsible for the assessment of customer requirements, development of service design, cost calculation, and non-complex pricing for Services solutions.
What you'll be doing Qualification of managed services opportunitiesSupport the analysis of customer requirementsSupport the qualification of opportunities and customer requirements against the capabilities and strengths of CC Delivery units (ISPs) and the Service CatalogueSupport of customer specific campaigns, coordination of marketing support, ensuring Computacenter brand complianceService DesignAssess and clarify customer requirementsMap requirements against Computacenter existing capabilitiesMaximize the opportunities to utilize the Shared Service Factory and other core propositionsConsider services outside of our existing capabilitiesDefine and communicate requirements for Transition & TransformationWorking closely and collaboratively with the Solution Manager, assist with the development of the solution/design (technical, operational, commercial)Create costing for developed service across the entire Services areaWorking jointly with Delivery teams, agree to the solution design & costingWork as part of a team on larger solutions to ensure that handover to relevant support organization is successfully completedCreate complex pricingGeneralEmbrace and support Computacenter's mission and core valuesWhat you have Strong experience pricing large, complex IT Infrastructure projectsGood service understanding of IT Services (Workplace, Data center, Networking & Unified Communications or Cross-functional)Good understanding of the IT outsourcing market & competitionCommercial capability in a business-focused IT environmentLegally eligible to work in the United StatesAbility to build relationships primarily with internal stakeholders and ISPsAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsAnalytical and risk-aware approachCapable of working under own initiative but can work as a member of a teamAbility to prioritize own workloadPersonal flexibility & willingness to travelSelf-starting and results-driven through clear prioritization of deliverablesAbility to work under time pressureManaging and minimizing risk to bid deliverables and ensuring we always have the customer and customer deliverables in mindWhat you can expect There's so much more to enjoy about being at Computacenter than just having a rewarding career.
