Design an architecture for ETL and Snowflake / DWH Cloud
Provide technical expertise on all aspects of Snowflake at synvert Data Insights
Design and implement Snowflake in various Big Data projects
Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate and communicate the implementation of Snowflake technology
Work at a deep technical level in customer environments
Collect and understand the business requirements and implement them
Design and create reports for the business departments
Design and implement ETL routines to integrate the data into Snowflake
What do we expect from you?
+/- 5 years in ETL and DWH Projects
Advanced knowledge and architect experience in data processing systems, DWH, and databases (ETL/ELT)
Advanced knowledge of Snowflake (Snowflake certification)
Strong DWH experience with diverse data models (Immon, Kimball, Data Vault 2.0)
Data Modeling and Data Warehousing eg. Data Vault, etc.
Experience with at least one RDB
Advanced proficiency with SQL (DDL, DML)
One of the following programming languages: Java / Scala, Python, Node
Experience in creating reports for business
Bachelor / Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Information Management or in similar qualifications
Openness to occasional travel (up to 25% of the time)
German, English: fluent in speaking & writing
Good to have:
Software Engineering background / best practices
Experience in consulting
Knowledge in Data visualization standards (IBCS)
