About the roleJoin Saxo's Enterprise Foundation Engineering (EFE) team to engineer a secure, resilient, and cost-efficient hybrid infrastructure for our banking operations. Your work will focus on developing solutions to simplify and optimize our infrastructure, with a primary focus on Kubernetes Operators.

As part of the EFE team, you will play a key role in shaping the infrastructure that underpins our global platform. You will be reporting to Jinhong Brejnholt, who is heading the Cloud and Container Platforms.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain .NET Core/C# applications (or other object-oriented programming frameworks) to support Saxo Bank's hybrid infrastructure.Leverage containerization and Kubernetes technologies to drive operational efficiencies and improve infrastructure security and resilience.Implement, extend, and maintain Kubernetes Operators to streamline infrastructure management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are easy to use, scalable, and meet compliance and performance standards.Actively participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design sessions to promote best practices and foster innovation.Your profileWe are looking for a true team player who collaborates effectively, communicates openly, and is committed to team success. Furthermore, we hope to find a new colleague who is a curious and quick learner with a growth mindset, eager to expand knowledge in infrastructure engineering and Kubernetes.
Moreover, we are looking for the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Extensive experience in .NET Core/C# (or comparable OOP languages) and developing scalable applications.Strong knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes in production environments.Kubernetes certifications (CKAD, CKA, CKS) are highly preferred.Experience in infrastructure engineering, particularly in creating hybrid solutions with high availability and security.Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate in an international team.If you are passionate about developing secure and resilient infrastructures, we encourage you to apply before November 30, 2024, to be part of our innovation-driven team.
