Description The Rights & Pricing engineering team provides the Apple Services platform for distribution rights by country, calculation and management of prices including retail, offers, wholesale, and tax. Rights & Pricing also includes Partner Onboarding which includes the vendor application process, signing of digital contracts, collection of bank account and tax information, and business systems that manage the presentation layers of payments, invoicing, and financial reporting. This is a key team for Apple Services Engineering! Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience developing software in JavaExperience working with distributed NoSQL and relational databasesExperience programming in multi-threaded synchronous and asynchronous applicationsExperience developing and designing for large-scale distributed systemsPreferred Qualifications Experience with ScalaExperience with messaging platformsExperience with Unix/Unix-like operating systemsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135,400 and $250,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
