Senior Staff Accountant

BGSFis representing a quickly growing Distribution and Service organization seeking to hireSenior Staff Accountant .


The position will primarily be responsible for a wide array of corporate accounting functions.
The ideal individual will have 2-4 years of true accounting experience and embody a growth-oriented mindset within an entrepreneurial environment.
This position will beFULLYonsite Monday-Friday (no exceptions).


Primary Functions:

Balancing General Ledger Accounts, Posting and Preparing journal entries including adjusting entries, accrual entries Account analysis and complex reconciliations, including intercompany general ledger accounts Maintaining the general ledger chart of accounts Assisting with audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits Ad-hoc assignments as requested Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance ( requirement ) 2-4 years of professional experience Prior experience with enterprise business systems is highly preferred Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
