\n WHAT YOU'LL DODesign and implement the foundational ML architecture to power our next generation of cell therapy discovery platforms. Profile machine learning workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and hardware utilization.Define technical standards and establish MLOps practices for the organization, including experiment tracking, model versioning, and automated deployment pipelinesImplement MLOps solutions and integrations of our ML platforms with other software systems.Collaborate with product, design, front-end, machine learning, and infrastructure teams.Train and mentor fellow ML engineers.
