The Stock Administrator position requires a highly upbeat and results-oriented individual with a proven track record and the ability to deliver results in high growth and a very vital role! Working in a small team, this highly transparent role will share responsibility for all equity related transactions.
What you'll be doing Maintain Equity database integrity and ensure accuracy of record-keepingProcess new equity awards and distribution of online grant agreementsLead and supervise share issuances, outstanding and available under the Company's stock plans including perform monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliation of records betweenEquity database and General Ledger, HR, Payroll and tax reportingAct as Equity point of contact for global employee questions and concernsWhat we're looking for Previous experience as a Stock Plan Admin or similar position in a public company setting (Preferred, but not necessary)Strong experience with global equity plans and the associated tax issuesFamiliar with all equity vehicles (Options, RSUs, ESPP, etc.)Familiar with ESPP, Sect 16 filings, and 10B5-1 PlanExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to function well in a very collaborative ecosystemYou might also have Experience with building projects using the Unity engineExperience building realtime 3D content and a knowledge of the history and passion for the future of the domain.Literacy and proven experience with Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, and other development methodologies and using tools such as Jira, Fogbugz, Favro, Trello, and Confluence to implement them.Additional information Relocation support is not available for this position.International relocation support is not available for this position.Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
