Senior Superintendent Requirements:
* 12+ years experience as a Superintendent
* Demonstrated success in managing large ($35M+) and complex projects.
* Holds a Class A Contractor Supervisor Certificate in a Colorado Front Range municipality or ability to attain within 12 months.
* LEED accredidation is a plus.
