Overview: Responsible for direct oversight of assigned work resources needed to successfully complete projects safely, on schedule, within budget and with the highest quality standards. Our client base includes a vast array of local municipalities, counties, the Texas Department of Transportation, private developers, and various other entities. MasTec's Clean Energy and Infrastructure Group (CE&I) is a $4 billion annual revenue business unit that provides construction services for industrial facilities; building products manufacturers, power generation facilities, manufacturing plants; solar, wind, and thermal energy plants; buildings, and infrastructure.   Responsibilities: Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures Monitor crew sizes and assign according to project needs Oversee equipment logistics for assigned groups Monitor quality of work for assigned groups, ensuring work product meets the highest standards Ensure assigned crews are meeting production and schedule goals Track productivity through technology such as B2W Field personnel management including all hires and terminations, performance management, and disciplinary actions Serve as mentor and trainer for assigned foremen and craft personnel Frequent travel to various jobsites to monitor and engage assigned groups Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Qualifications:  Preferred 10 years of experience as a Superintendent.
