A well-established and reputable construction company is looking to hire an experienced Senior Superintendent. The candidate will have to have previous experience in a commercial construction. The candidate should have a good understanding of ground up construction business and be organized. Senior Superintendent Functions: • Develop strategic plans
• Coordinate and maintain the continuity of all superintendent functions
• Review complex documents and reports
• Assign tasks to ensure efficient usage
• Closely check the work of others to assure compliance with laws, protection of the company from risk, and the compliance with established budgets and deadlines
• Oversee personnel
• Manage accounts
Senior Superintendent Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field
• Have a working knowledge of estimating, project management, and accounting software
• Understand the construction process, safety procedures, and extensive people skills
• 5 years experience in the management field
• Capable of managing many more people
