Job Description:
Responsible for leading an HDL team consisting of hourly mechanics to complete aircraft modification projects.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for monitoring budgets, organizing daily tasks to meet milestones, understanding IMS schedule, and driving the overall performance on aircraft modification projects.
Establishing and tracking day-to-day production requirements that includes budget, safety, quality, and performance.
Team will consist of between eight to twelve hourly mechanics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior relatedUS citizenship requiredFAA Certified A&PWilling to work all shiftsWilling to work overtimeMust have the ability to obtain Secret Clearence.Minimum of 4 years supervisorial experience with general aviation, military aircraft, or manufacturing.Must have experience on Boeing large body aircraftAbility to interpret Government, FAA, and Company Aviation Safety regulations.Ability to read\interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and general aviation knowledge.Must possess a working knowledge of military, commercial, or general aviation aircraft.Must possess ability to perform analytical analysis and apply risk mitigation techniques.Experience in conflict resolution, team building, and coaching skills Experience with MS Office and SAP
